3 years prior experience as an independent architectural consultant. 

Worked in real estate development  for over 10 years.

Located in New Jersey since 2002. 

Lara brings a comprehensive personal knowledge of local markets and a wide network of connections in the municipal and development consulting environment.

Matthew Mannell, Partner

Executive MBA, Rutgers Business School (2008).  

B.S. Mechanical Engineering, Rutgers University (1991)

15 years of operational and financial business experience.

Matthew has had principal responsibility for the management of two business entities, both domestic and international.
